A few weeks ago I was given the opportunity to participate in a product review mission for Smiley360. I received a sample of the new Knorr Homestyle Stock. I am quite familiar with Knorr products being that these are one of the biggest brands used and sold in PuertoRico grocery stores.
I was looking forward to trying the condensed broth tubs because in my kitchen, chicken stock is used quite often! As an added plus, along with the sample product there was a mini-brochure with five different recipes.
Out of the five recipes, I chose to make a pork roast recipe for our Saturday evening dinner. This recipe was my first choice because slow cooking pork roast just happens to be one of my husbands’ favorite dishes.
On Saturday morning, I put all the ingredients together right after serving breakfast. Doing this allowed me to have the remainder of the day to concentrate on cleaning up the house while getting the laundry done. Then by the time dinner hour come around, we would have the perfect slow cooked pork roast meal for our family dinner.
This is why, in my opinion, Slow Cooking Pork Roast should be a staple recipe in every cook’s kitchen. It saves you so much time and effort that this very simple meal can be pulled together whenever.
With that said, here is the best Slow Cooking Pork Roast recipe that I have ever made. So, please, the next time you buy a small pork roast, give this delicious recipe a try. You will be pleasantly satisfied!
