Slow cooker creamed corn is a great side dish for Mexican meals. But it also is delicious beside grilled meats in the summer when corn is in season. Cooking the corn in the slow cooker means you don’t have to heat up the stove when the weather is warm.

Slow Cooker Creamed Corn

Ingredients:
- 2 12 oz. packages of frozen corn
- 4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
- 6 Tbsp. butter, sliced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Instructions:
- Pour frozen corn into a 2 to 4-quart slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 to 4 hours or low for 4 to 6 hours. Serve.
